Hi @ahmedmohamedmar3y, thank you for posting in the community! First, I recommend trying the following steps. Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility.

  • Could you try this in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.
  • Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)?

If those don’t resolve the problem, can you please send the following information so I can take a closer look?

  • A screenshot of the error message.
  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).

Thanks in advance for your help and patience!

@ahmedmohamedmar3y in order to fix this issue either you need to log in as the administrator or you need to ask the administrator to log in. Alternatively, you could ask it to do something that does not require administrative permissions. If you are the administrator, and it’s not recognizing you as the administrator, that’s a separate issue. If logging in as administrator does not help, and the error message still comes up, we would go to the next basic online troubleshooting steps, i.e., clear your cache, try a different browser, or use incognito mode. If that still doesn’t work, and you have a paid plan, you can submit a ticket to our Product Support team with browser and computer details.
