Since you are the account owner of an Enterprise account, you can bulk transfer documents from one user on your account to another user, via the admin panel. To learn more about the bulk transfer options, I recommend checking out the Lucid admin panel: Compliance settings article from the Help Center for complete steps.
If you would like to transfer all your diagrams within a folder to another account, I suggest the following steps:
- Ensure all the documents you’d like to transfer are within a folder.
- Share the folder with the new account.
- In the new account, my suggestion is to create new copies of the folder/documents.
With these newly duplicated documents, you should be all set and have access to the documents in your new account.
