Whenever I right click after selecting an existing swim lane and choose “Insert Lane Above/Below”, the page becomes unresponsive and I am forced to shut down the page and reopen it again. The error code given in my chrome browser is: Error code: RESULT_CODE_HUNG. I’ve rebooted and tried a different browser.

I’ve already checked my wifi connectivity and everything is running as normal.

Hi @helloNeedlePointers, thank you for posting in the Community! I am sorry that you are experiencing this issue and I’ll be happy to help.

Could you share a temporary Document Support PIN for this document? This will help me take a closer look at what’s going on. This PIN is safe to post in this thread because it is only accessible by members of the Lucid support staff. You can find steps for generating a Support PIN in this  Help Center article

I was having this issue. The only fix I found was to create a blank chart, then copy and paste the chart I had created. I had to re-format the rules I created previously, but it allowed me to add swim lanes without freezing the page.

Not an actual fix, but a work-around in case you need one.

@valenzita Thank you for chiming into this thread and I am sorry to hear that you are also experiencing this issue!

Could you confirm whether the issue occurs in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? For help with opening an incognito window, please see this  community post .

Additionally, could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)?

If those don’t resolve the problem, can you please send the following information so I can take a closer look?

  • A screenshot of the issue.
  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
  • A Document Support PIN for this document. You can find steps for generating a Support PIN in this  Help Center article
  • Finally, could you please let me know whether the issue occurs in all documents, or only specific one(s)?

Thanks in advance for your help and patience!

Hi- I was unfortunately on a tight timeline so I used the workaround of creating a new chart and copy/pasting my data. Because I needed to have a clean doc, I deleted the malfunctioning tab. I did, however, attempt to reproduce the issue in an incognito window (before deleting the tab) and the error did occur there as well.
