Earlier this week I was still able to see the contents of the board and was making edits to it - though today I opened the board and I suddenly see nothing. All the other boards appear to be fine. I’m not sure what the issue is - also looked into version history and all previous versions somehow also show as blank.

I’m happy to help and dig in here! A couple of things to try here first:
- Can you try opening the document in a Chrome Incognito browsing session? This often improves performance by starting a fresh cookie session and disabling your extensions.
- If you can see your work from the docs list, but it’s gone once you open your document, then check out this Community post!
- It is also worth noting that saving issues are often related to an unstable internet connection. You may want to look at your internet connection to confirm that this is not a factor.
If the issue persists, please provide as much of the following information as you can:
- A temporary Support PIN for this document. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article.
- The time (and time zone) you opened your document to begin editing.
- The time you finished editing and closed the document.
- Which edits were not saved.
- A detailed account of the time frame when you noticed your edits were not saved.

+1So after clearing cache which doesn’t help, I managed to find different forms of the link to the board other team members generated and somehow the content of the board shows up again. Weird, not sure what the root cause was as clicking on the link in my account didn’t work. But problem solved for now thankfully
