Kindly help me check if there is any setting issue. When I export the image, I enable "Crop to Content," but even then, the downloaded image still has a blank section at the top.

I would also suggest trying these troubleshooting steps:
- Adjust content scale
- Check Master Pages
- Copy content to another document
- Disable infinite canvas
- Export another file type
