Badge not appearing in Credly

Hi team,

 

Credly have sent me to you!  I didn’t get anything after completing Creative Facilitation and I really want this on my Credly profile for public sharing. 

I reached out to their support as I got no email and they’ve sent me to you unfortunately with an email address that didn’t work, so I’m trying here :)

Creative Facilitation 2025-Nov-06 5 of 5 courses 2025-Nov-17
I enrolled, completed and accepted the Course and have selected notifications to get the emails - which I have got - all except the one for the Badge. Can this be sorted or does it take time? Lucid indicates it's straight away on completion but I have no emails from them.
Done on my Lucid login with email

After looking into the system, I am not seeing the missing badge in Credly under your name or email. Unfortunately, Credly support cannot update or issue your badge on behalf of Lucid.

Please reach out to Lucid directly at aevans@lucid.com. They can Issue/ Update your badge accordingly.

Hi Huma,

I don’t have exactly the same layout? I have Learning Paths but not Badges Earned

Nothing in my Spam folder either.

Hi Zuzia, thanks for removing the address.

Unfortunately no, once I sign in even in Incognito, I’m getting to the same page and can take no further action

From here, could you please let me know what occurs when clicking on visiting “Your Student Profile”?

Alternatively, regarding the email, can you please verify any filters that may be preventing our emails from delivering?

I’ve checked my Spam and I’m getting all the other emails, all the community ones, all the registerations ones etc - it’s just this.
