Hi @josh_at_qoria, thank you for confirming that information and I’m sorry if you’re still experiencing any trouble.
If you’re still experiencing issues, can you please send a temporary Support PIN for this document? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article.
Hi @josh_at_qoria, thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! Thanks @Humas1985 for your help here too!
@josh_at_qoria to protect your privacy, I have removed the link to your document from this post. I recommend reviewing the Revision history in Lucid article from the Lucid Help Center for that. If you’re still encountering problems, please let me know and I’d be happy to help more.
Hi @josh_at_qoria, thank you for your reply and for confirming those details. My apologies here - it looks like I had a typo in my original response to you so there is some missing information that I did not include.
I would recommend the following items first:
I would recommend checking the revision history for this document to see if you can find a recent version that does not have the duplicated text. Would you mind checking your revision history and confirming whether restoring a previous version fixes the issue of duplicated text?
Thank you for confirming you’ve tried in an Edge incognito window. Would you mind also opening your document in a Chrome incognito window? Lucid is optimized for Google Chrome. For best performance, we recommend using Chrome and ensuring your browser is up to date.
WebGL might be causing an issue with the graphics card on your computer. Can you try toggling WebGL off? This can be done by selecting View > Rendering > Use WebGL and un-selecting this option. For help with disabling WebGL, please see this Community post.
Do any of the steps above help resolve this problem? If not and you’re still experiencing issues, would you mind sending the following so I can take a closer look?
A screenshot of the issue.
A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
I think it may be a rendering issue, not a data issue, as scrolling through the various versions, I could get the problem to occur and then not occur on the same version. It would intermitently occur when selecting different versions in the version history.
I restored an older version, that addressed the issue, but I can still occasionally get it to occur when reviewing some older versions, but not consistently.
Edge is a chromium based browser so its rediculous to suggest i should change browsers, so i wont be doing that. Its not internet explorer and its not the year 2001. There is no reason why your devs should not be actively supporting both Edge and Chrome as evergreen chromium browsers.
In Edge the WebGL Draft Extensions were disabled in my browser.
