Age of Salesforce templates

Can anyone tell me how old the Salesforce Templates are? I want to make sure they are recent before I rely on them. Cheers.

Thanks @Quadeshia , specifically any/all of the Education Cloud templates. It looks like a great reference - is it possible to add a publish date or a salesforce version or something so that I know they’re recent.
