After adding Jira template, board is corrupted

After working on a board for hours, I added in what I thought was a Jira dashboard that could show all of my work items.

When I tried to add it, the page froze and was unrecoverable. I refreshed the page and it gave me the following error on the page. I then followed all of the troubleshooting steps, but nothing fixed it.

I get a TON of errors in my console, but nothing I can understand.

Can someone please help me recover this board? Or rollback that change?

Hi ​@Zuzia S thank you for your response, is there anyway you can revert the board back to the previous version? We have ALL of our planning and strategy information on that board and need access to it ASAP, this is really not a good experience having 4 days without access due to a bug.

A new document has been created including your previous work without the corrupted template, and should appear in your documents with the title starting with “NEW” + the original title. 

Could you please let me know whether you can find it in your Documents list and whether the document looks as it should?

@Zuzia S Hi Zuzia, I can’t see that document in my account or my manager’s account. Can you please confirm who’s account it was created in? No one in our team can see that document.

To help you locate the document, could you share a Technical Support PIN for your account? This PIN is safe to post in this thread because it is only accessible by members of the Lucid support staff. You can find steps for generating a Support PIN in this  Help Center article .
