Stay aligned with Timelines!

Hi! Working for my team, we use Timelines mostly for project management. The fact that we can easily visualise our milestones and who’s been assigned to tasks helps us to be more efficient. We love the Gantt chart timeline, especially for this 👍🏻

The Gantt chart timeline is an excellent template for project planning. One other template we recommend is the Customer journey map. This template helps you visualise a customer’s whole experience from the beginning and will give insight into their needs. You can include touchpoints, pain points, and interactions the customer may have encountered during that period. Feel free to follow the steps to create a customer journey map here 😃

Hi all! This is not completely true, Lucid Cards loose functionality as soos as they are added to a Timeline. Not only Azure DevOps cards are not supported, the Lucid Cards turn into really simple (few fields) cards within the timeline

Hey @David Broin -- thanks for posting! Would you care to share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end when dragging a card onto a Timeline? When adding a card to a Timeline, no functionality is lost, however, it does change the card into a more simplified version that you can then edit by clicking the pencil shown when clicking the card. What is lost is the ability to add emojis and tags, however, this does not effect the data that is added to the card. If this is the functionality you are referring to, those features are still available when using a specific data tool for cards, such as Jira. 

As for the Azure DevOps cards, these are certainly supported in Lucid, however, it is an integration that is only available to our Enterprise users. If you do have an Enterprise account and are unable to use this integration, it may be worth checking in with your IT admin as well as your Lucid admin to determine if this integration has been allowed. If you determine that it is an you are still having trouble, let us know, we’d be happy to take a closer look!
