Hello! Great tips! Here’s another one – once the team has brainstormed and added a few sticky notes and ideas on the board, I like creating a voting session to select the best ones. Depending on the topic  and the collaborators, I prefer promoting a private voting session so the participants can vote anonymously and feel comfortable giving their honest opinions :)
