  Does know of templates to model Mainframe Architecture?

By searching for “architecture” in the template gallery you will find a number of cloud architecture templates for this use case (e.g. for AWS, Azure, Cisco, Kubernetes). You can also add different shape libraries for those systems to your document as described in this Help Center article (e.g. “AWS Architecture 2021", “Azure 2021”).
If this does not answer your question, could you send an example screenshot of what you are looking for?

I am interested in this as well. I would like to see commonly used diagramming elements to show mainframe components. Such as CEC, LPAR, DASD, and other objects that is relevant to mainframe applications and an ecosystem of Mainframe applications
