I am able to create the infrastructure diagram from lucid scale. But how the traffic if flowing among the different entitles/services like ALB to EC2 is missing in the diagram.
How can we generate this communication links in infrastructure view automatically.

Thanks for following up and sending that information!

In your Model, in the "Summarized Infrastructure" view I can see the Hosted Zones > ALB and Hosted Zones > NLB lines (both located in the "dm-labs-vcp"). In the "Infrastructure" view you can see that "dev-labs" is the hosted zone with these connections. I am not able to see lines from NLB > ALB or from ALB > NLB in another VPC as described by you. Checking the list of supported lines it looks like ALB <> NLB lines are not yet supported, so this explains why they are not appearing in your Model.

Hi @rohitpande, thanks for your post, I am happy to help!

I noticed that you also sent in a support ticket, so I have sent these same steps there. Feel free to respond here or on that email thread.

As a first step, could you please confirm that the resources or lines you’re looking for are currently toggled 'on' in the panel to the left of the workspace? If the resource or line type is not enabled in this panel, you will not see the corresponding resources or lines rendered in your diagram.

Some views may contain summarized resources by default. If you’ve elected to summarize resources within a Lucidscale View, you will need to un-summarize them or create a new view containing un-summarized resources in order for your associated lines to be rendered in the diagram. You can un-summarize resources by right-clicking on a summarized resource type and unchecking the “Summarize all” option in the right-click menu.

If you’re unable to locate a specific resource type or line in your diagram but believe it’s enabled and should be rendering, please send us the following information:

  • Can you please send a temporary Support PIN for this model? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article.

This will help us determine the next steps. Thanks!

Thanks for your reply.

I have toggled ‘on’ for all the lines but still some lines are missing.

Example .  Private hosted zone which is connected with a private NLB and it is connected to ALB.

private hosted zone > private NLB > private ALB > NLB in different VPC in same account.

all the above entries are showing in the infrastructure diagram but links are not displayed.

This is the temporary PIN : ns1SqLm10P7y
