Hi,

I am doing automation for fetching employees from the HR system and mapping them into a Google Sheet. The Sheet is linked to Lucidchart, and the data gets refreshed as expected, but the diagram itself doesn’t. Is there a way to programmatically refresh the dataset - update from your connected data source? I need to do what the button below does, but with the API.

Hi Szu,

Good question. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to do this programmatically; it must be done through the UI.

Lucidchart doesn’t have an API for this. You could probs use something like Selenium to auto-click “Update from Data” after your Sheet updates. Hacky, but works.

@Caden E How can I make a feature request?
