Apologies is this has been asked before.

We are using ChatGPT to generate Mermaid code that has worked well to diagram processes into Lucidchart.  But we would like to give our end users the ability to modify the diagram further using the Lucidchart UI, and not having to update the Mermaid code.  Is there a solution for his?

This would be a really valuable feature.
Lucid using mermaid to just insert an image as it does at present, is of low value because if all you need is the output of a mermaid as an image, then you could use any mermaid renderer to create an insertable PNG.
The real value of inserting a mermaid diagram into a diagraming tool such as Lucid would be to then allow one to manually manipulate the generated elements to fine-tune their positions and attributes.
Excalidraw does this very well - it’s mermaid integration creates manipulatable objects.

I agree with all of the above and same here, I’m generating a flow through LLM. I can convert the flow to UML and then use the Mark up but it only seems to work for UML sequence diagrams but would like to see a flow. The solution for me would be either make the mermaid diagram editable or have some better way to display than the existing Sequence models. What is your solution to this?
