Any alternative for the images tool?

Thank you for posting in the Community! There are no current plans to change this feature. You can add images to the canvas by uploading files or copying and pasting them directly allowing the flexibility to source images using your preferred method. 

We are always interested in your feedback and committed to continually improving our products. If you’re willing to share, we’d love to hear more details about your use case or what you’d like to see in this experience within this thread. I’ve also converted this post to an idea so that it’s visible to others within the Product Feedback section of the community - from here, they can upvote it and add details of their own.

how can i upload multiple device images if i am designing the whole AV design layout? Or adding single images is the only option? And not sure why i did not receive any email regarding this big change from lucid.

Thank you for the follow-up. Unfortunately, there isn't currently a way to upload multiple images at once for your AV layout. However, the fastest method is to use the image panel.

From there, you can search for images of the devices you'd like to include in your layout. Simply click the image icon in the right panel, select “Images" and use the search bar to find what you need. Once you've found an image you want to use for your layout just click on it to add it to your document.
