I have read several posts on how to add administrative assistants. The supposed fixes do not work! How do I add two administrative assistants under a role as diagrammed here.

Thanks for reaching out! It is not currently possible to add an administrative assistant using the org chart shape library. You will have to create those shapes and connecting lines out of non org chart shapes.
We’re very interested in your feedback and committed to continually improving our products.
