It would be really helpful if we could group or somehow anchor shapes to employees within an org chart. I’m maintaining a large org chart to help with our sales strategy and am using shapes to specify whether an employee is one of the following:
- Resistant / Detractor
- Neutral
- Advocate
- Key Decision Maker / Budget Holder
- Influencer
- Regular Contact
- Targeted
The challenge is that anytime I add or remove an employee, the org chart shifts around, and all of my carefully placed shapes become scattered, and I have to manually move them back to each specific contact. Between employees and shapes, I currently have around 200 objects on my board with more to come, so this is quickly becoming very tedious.
Please let me know if this is something that could be done better, or if the functionality could be added.
