When I click on pricing, my home page opens...

...and the answer is not there.

 

Where can I see the pricing listed if I wanted to make changes in our license?

Thank you, but I have seen that Help Center Article many times and it does not have the pricing. When I click on the pricing link from that page, I am again taking to my Lucid home page. Why? The answer is not there. 

I have been to the Billing Resource page. The answer is not there.

All I want to know is the pricing. Why is this so difficult to find?

Hi ​@Gil M, sorry for any inconvenience here!

To access your Plans & Billing page with pricing, I’d recommend the following:

  1. Go into your Lucid account home page.
  2. Click your profile icon or initials in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Locate Plans & Billing on the Overview page and select ‘Change plan’. A new page should appear, showing plan options and pricing.
