Request for Refund – Unused Subscription Charges

Hello,

I hope you are doing well.

I recently discovered that I have been charged for multiple Lucid subscription invoices. I was surprised to see these charges because I have not been using the application at all.

Unfortunately, I was not aware that my subscription was still active, and I did not realize I was being billed. I also did not receive or notice the invoice emails, so I had no idea these charges were occurring.

Since the account has remained unused, I kindly ask if you could review my account and consider issuing a refund for these charges as a one-time courtesy. I would truly appreciate your understanding and assistance.

I have enjoyed the opportunity to try Lucid in the past, and I hope we can find a fair resolution.

Thank you very much for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
Lorena Luna
