Our account was changed to enterprise

We just saw our invoice for 1900USD!!!!

 

How did we end up on an enterprise account, I know we added 5 more seats but we did not switch to enterprise. There are users in the list that haven’t worked at our company for 2 years that were suddenly added!!!!

Please help!!!
