Error in Billing

I have a free account with Lucidchart.  Recently my bank account was debited $114.75 from Lucidchart.  I have tried to cancel this charge to my account, but I cannot find how to do this, as free accounts are not able to be cancelled.

I'm really not sure who to contact.
