Just wondering if someone could help with the issue in the title

Hi ​@Hello, thank you for posting in the community! As a first step, can you please retry signing-in and joining from a private or incognito browser window to help us narrow down the potential cause? For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.

If that don’t resolve the problem, can you please send the following information so I can take a closer look?

  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).

Hi, for some reason nothing comes up in the Javascript Console even when I replicate the error. I have attached a screenshot of what is happening - the password and full name are fine it's just the work email that is greyed out and doesn’t work. I’ve tried incognito browsing but that has not helped.
