There is a problem with storage, I have only a few files in my profile, but the charge shows that it has been used up 100%. Please fix it asap.

Storage space can be taken up by items that aren't immediately visible, such as images in the Image Manager, files in the Trash, or embedded assets within documents. Images, especially, can consume a significant amount of storage.
