Hello!  

I am new to Lucid.  On my ‘launch’ page (screenshot below), I see a mixture of English and Dutch (examples highlighted in yellow below) language, even though my settings have English as my language.  Can you advise me how to change all areas to English?  Thank you!

 

Hi ​@mark rodgers, thank you for posting in the community! As a first step, could you please try the following troubleshooting steps and let us know if the issue persists?

  • Opening your board in a private or incognito window
  • Clearing all cache and cookies
  • Try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)

Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.
