Hello - We had someone leave our firm and his Lucid account is no longer active in our admin console. Is there a way to retrieve his projects as an admin? Thx!

As an admin on the account, you have the ability to simultaneously delete their account while transferring all the files to another user within the organization using our transfer/delete feature.

+1Hello, their account is already deleted when the individual was exited from the firm. I am looking to restore projects from a previous employee who is no longer listed in my account as a licensed user.
