As an admin on the account, you have the ability to simultaneously delete their account while transferring all the files to another user within the organization using our transfer/delete feature.

Hello, their account is already deleted when the individual was exited from the firm. I am looking to restore projects from a previous employee who is no longer listed in my account as a licensed user.
