Publishing full document pdf stopped having page breaks
Hello community,
We regularly have drawings that have “live links” where we use the publish option for a pdf. We use that link in our internal database. This link allows sales, engineering, and technicians to access the most current version of a drawing. Previously, that pdf link has always had page breaks that help delineate the pages. As of about 3 weeks ago, something changed in the back end of Lucid and now the drawings come up as one continuous page. Our work around is to export a pdf with pages breaks, but that does not account for changes that occur after that pdf was created. Please let me know if there is something that I need to adjust in settings to help make this look correct.

Hi @Kevin B103, thanks for your post! I’ll be happy to help.
I was not able to reproduce the issue you are experiencing. Could you please make sure to follow the steps mentioned in this section of our Help Center article when publishing your document?
If the issue persists, could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.
If those don’t resolve the problem, can you please send the following information so I can take a closer look?
A temporary Support PIN for your document. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article. It is for internal use only and doesn't grant public access to your document, so you can safely share it directly in the thread.
A screen recording of the issue.
A confirmation whether the issue occurs to other users.
A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
Thanks in advance for your help and patience!

This occurs to all of our user on our account and it also occurs withe different internet browsers.
Javascript Console info does not change when I create or open a full document pdf (Share - Publish - Full Document pdf)
Thank you for your assistance on this.
Hi @Kevin B103, thank you so much for following up here!
Would you mind generating a new Document PIN? It seems like the one provided is causing an error on our end which can be due to the fact that a portion of the PIN is missing.
Thank you for your patience :)
@Zuzia S I have gotten busy and forgotten to respond to this thread…
Here is the new support pin

@Zuzia S Does that link still work or should I send a new one?
Hi @Kevin B103, I am sorry for our delayed update!
Following investigation and discussions with the product team, in order to have page breaks when Publishing in PDF format, it is recommended to create actual Pages in your document, which are located at the bottom left of the window. As such:
Page breaks can be created through Tiles via the Divide setting, but in the Export PDF options panel, which has a different flow from our Publish option at the moment.
I apologise for the inconvenience this is causing! Feedback regarding this functionality has been submitted internally and this is something that we are looking into. We are continuously looking for ways to improve our products and your input is the most effective way to achieve that goal. Please feel free to also post this idea in the Lucid Community and to include details about your use case.
Let us know if you have any more questions. Have a wonderful rest of your day!
