Org Chart integration sharepoint

Question

Hello, i have a Organogram in lucidchart that is integrated in share point, but now i have an issue. Users can not expand or collaps cards. I want the sharepoint org chart to be interactive where users of sharepoint can expand or collaps levels. does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @Osaro,Thank you for the reply! I looked into the issue further, and found that that embedded Org Charts from Lucidchart do not contain the collapse feature found in the product. This is the case with all embedded Lucid documents.We’re very interested in your feedback and committed to continually improving our products.
