Hello, i have a Organogram in lucidchart that is integrated in share point, but now i have an issue. Users can not expand or collaps cards. I want the sharepoint org chart to be interactive where users of sharepoint can expand or collaps levels. does anyone know how to fix this?

Thank you for the reply! I looked into the issue further, and found that that embedded Org Charts from Lucidchart do not contain the collapse feature found in the product. This is the case with all embedded Lucid documents.

Thank you for your post! Have you embedded the Lucid document by following these directions?
If yes, can you verify that the embedded document is set to the rich viewer?
+1Hi Kelsey thankyou for your reply, and yes rich viewer is selected. For me as an admin it is still not interactive. is the viewers experience different?
