I have an admin/enterprise account and cant move the lucid documents from some teammates to the Teams hub (don't work ‘move to...’ on the doc, or out the doc in organize,’ move to...’ And duplicate all those docs is not an option

Move existing Lucid from teammates to a Team hub Folder

This is likely a Lucid permissions issue, not a folder issue.
For docs owned by teammates, the owner needs to share them with edit access or transfer ownership first, then you can move them into the Team Hub. Direct ‘Move to’ won’t work in every case, and duplicating isn’t necessary.
