Please first search the Product Feedback section of this community (with the filter Topic Type = Idea) to see if it’s already been submitted. If so, please add any additional details you’d like and upvote the request - this consolidation helps to refine feedback and properly capture the popularity of the request.

If no one has submitted this idea yet, please create one of your own and be sure to include details about your use case or what you’d like to see in this experience. This will also allow other users with similar requests to discover and upvote it, then details of their own.

Please note: You can download user usage data that is available from your admin panel > Usage Data. The usage report is designed to provide you with detail about user activity with the product (but will only include users that meet specific criteria). For more information on how to interpret the report, please review the Usage Data FAQs. You can download this document by going to your admin panel > usage data > Read Report FAQ (top right).

Also, if you want to export a full list of your users (that includes name, email, role(s) and licenses), you can go to the Lucid Admin Panel > Users tab > select Actions > and then select “Export View - CSV”).
