At Lucid, we believe that the strength of our products is a direct reflection of the vibrant and passionate user community that supports them. We are thrilled to introduce you to the driving force behind our community's success – our dedicated Community Team.

These are the folks who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure your experience within the Lucid Community is engaging, informative, and deeply rewarding. If you’d like to contact a member of our team, please reach out to community@lucid.co - we’d love to hear from you.

Here’s a personal introduction to get to know the faces and names of the folks that are here to support, inspire, and uplift your journey within our community!

After dabbling in chemistry and non-profit volunteer and event management, Micah has found her home in Lucid’s community team! With a special interest in tech operations, Micah loves exploring opportunities to make community an essential part of using Lucidchart, Lucidspark, and Lucidscale. Whether sharing the latest product tips and tricks or analyzing feature requests, she can’t wait to connect with you!

Micah uses Lucid daily to build documentation on operations processes and brainstorm possibilities for the future of the community team. Her favorite features are Layers and Actions in Lucidchart - combining them to make a button that hides and reveals information is super satisfying!

Addie got interested in the tech world while using innovative programs and technology as a 4th grade teacher. She came to work at Lucid last year, fresh from the classroom, and was excited to get involved at a company that aligned with her own values of creativity and innovation. She helps write and develop content for the community and is passionate about helping users have the best experience possible while visiting the Lucid Community!

She loves designing projects, mapping our processes, and finding solutions to problems using Lucid products. Her favorite feature is the Asana > Lucidspark integration - I mean, who doesn’t love being able to map out tasks and deliverables, right after a sticky-note-filled brainstorm?
