Checkboxes in the list menu
Add checkboxes to any list, right alongside bullets, numbers, squares, and dashes. Build task lists and checklists straight on the canvas—no more juggling a separate app to track what's done. Learn more.
One-click text casing
Switch any text between lowercase, title case, sentence case, and uppercase with a single click. Fix a pasted all-caps block or set a header's case instantly, without deleting and retyping. Learn more.
Lucid connector for Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Apps
Connect Lucid to Microsoft Copilot and Power Apps to create diagrams from text prompts, edit Lucid documents with AI, and use your Lucid content as context in your workflows. Learn more.
Expanded tooling for the Lucid MCP server
We've significantly expanded what AI tools can create and edit in Lucid through the MCP server—including BPMN diagrams, full UML, Mermaid, and timelines—with more control over layout, formatting, and facilitation tools along the way. Learn more.
BPMN import improvements
Imported BPMN diagrams now render with greater fidelity to the BPMN 2.0 standard—activities keep their icons, markers, and rounded corners and are no longer obscured by call activities; boundary events attach magnetically to their activity; non-task activities can expand into containers; lines import with correct BPMN styling (including message flows, conversations, and conditional and default sequence flows); and text on events, gateways, and data objects now imports in place and can be repositioned.
Miro mermaid diagrams are now supported in Lucid
Copy and paste your diagrams so you can pick up where you left off without recreating them—the code stays attached so you can keep editing. Learn more.
ArchiMate standard support
Map complex enterprise architecture using full ArchiMate 3.2 support and the brand-new ArchiMate 4.0 library, providing a standardized notation to visualize how strategy, business processes, applications, and underlying technology connect across the organization. Learn more.
