When I export my Lucidchart flowchart to a Microsoft Visio Drawing file (.vsdx), Microsoft Visio becomes extremely slow and even unresponsive at times.

We cannot fix performance problems in Microsoft Visio. However, if you share your use case, perhaps we can help you figure out how to use Lucidchart for your need so you don’t have to switch back and forth between products.
