Hi,
I am having an issue with my org chart. I don’t understand why the images that I delete from the file still retain the weight of it in the documents. I have deleted images of several departments. There should have been a lot of space freed up in the system. Yet, it shows no change.
I contacted support but it’s been four business days and no one gotten back to me.
My company has been a loyal customer since 2012. Can’t believe no one gotten back to me. So I am hoping that someone in the community can give me some help in this regards.
