Why do hyperlinked boxes vanish when exporting Lucidchart documents to PowerPoint?

I’m using Lucidchart to create sitemaps for a website, and many of the flowchart boxes include URL hyperlinks. For presentation purposes, I need to export these diagrams into PowerPoint. However, when I export to PPT, the boxes that contain URL hyperlinks disappear entirely. When I export to PDF, everything appears correctly.

Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it? Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi @Tracy, thank you for posting in the community! Would you mind sharing more details on how you are exporting your Lucidchart document to PowerPoint? Are you using the Download PowerPoint deck option?

It possible, could you please also share a screenshot of an example shape that includes a URL hyperlink that’s disappearing in the PowerPoint export? This will help me take a closer look and reproduce the issue described.

Thanks for your help! Please let me know if you have any questions.
