    • When I make a diagram and then go back to it later it is distorted, shapes are not where I had originally placed them in my LucidChart Designs. This is hindering my work because I have to go back and fix all the distortions.

    • Refreshed my browser, click through other tabs in my document. The distortions are random and not throughout my document, only happens on some tabs sometimes.

Hi @DrKimberly 

It’s possible that toggling the rendering option for webGL may resolve this issue for you. If you go to the top menu, in the View section, then down at the bottom of the list for rendering toggle the option for webGL it might resolve the issue. Let me know if that fixes the problem for you.

Thank you for your post! To clarify, the row should like the ones above correct? Do the rows above also have white boxes covering information? 

Could you try opening your board in a private or incognito window to see if the import and timeline issue persist? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post (in English).
