Hello Community 

would you know why my documents / flows are greyed out and i cannot open them ? thanks a lot

Thanks for posting in the Community!

I took the liberty to move your post into a different section of our Community where it is more relevant.

As a first step I would recommend logging into your account in an incognito window and while connected to a different network (or disconnected from your VPN if that is a possibility). Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues.

These steps will help us narrow down the potential cause and eliminate that possibility. For help with opening an incognito window please see this community post.

If those don’t resolve the problem please make sure to file a support request here and provide the following information: 

  • A screenshot of the issue.
  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
