I am learning to use LUCID as a solution architect and wanted to know if there are diagrams I can practice on, or simple sample environments because of course I can't use real ones nor do I have them but am simply trying to learn to use the Lucid tool.

Great! Maybe starting with this training on visualizing your AWS architecture in Lucidscale would be a good start?
I know you mentioned that you are looking for some sample environments, and you can create sample AWS models in Lucidscale.

I am also able to open only the YouTube/video part of the learning and not the other part(Learn to create) see below and I have used firefox and google.

I did go into Firefox and I am also seeing the same. However, when I am logged into Lucid on Google Chrome it is working as expected. You did say in an earlier message that you tried Google. Were you also signed into Lucid on Google Chrome? That should work for you. You might also try to clear your cache and cookies on Google Chrome first.
