Luis Q

I initially paid for the subscription when I reached the maximum number of shapes available for a free account. What happens to this diagrams if I cancel my subscription? I understand I will not be able to add more shapes but will I be able to access the diagram or will it be deleted?

Thank you!

Hi @erick.spin, thank you for continuing this thread! This information is still valid, you can still access and view any documents that you created when you downgrade to a Free account. For more information on what is available to a free account, I recommend checking out this Lucid Plans article

Hope this helps. Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions!

Hi there! If you cancel your paid account you will automatically downgrade to a Free Account. You will still have “View-Only” access to your documents but will not be able to edit them with the same functionality as before. You can resubscribe at any time and regain editing rights to all of your documents.

Hi everyone, is this information still valid?

I have several large diagrams and I'm wondering what happens if I cancel my Lucid subscription. If my account moves to the free tier, will I keep my diagrams?
