What are the sharing permissions for "any logged in user" via shareable link in Lucid?
Can someone please explain the functionality of “Any logged in User”?
Is the logged in user anyone who has an account with lucid chart? For example, if I create a free account using @gmail.com, can I see a document created by @microsoft.com?
Is the logged in user the user who belongs to that specific domain? For example any employee @microsoft.com can see any document created by @microsoft.com employee?
If former, how do I limit access to only to those users who belong to the same domain but do not need a license to view the document?

If you set share permissions to any logged in user, anyone logged into a Lucid account would be able to access the document if they obtained the document link.
Depending on the privacy settings for the account you are a part of, there may be a work around. Instead of using a share link, you can enter email addresses for people you would like to send an email invite to. You can also set their permission levels as well.
However, if the privacy settings for the main account you are apart of is set to only share documents with members of your organization, then I believe they would have to have a Lucid account under the same main account as you. Hopefully that clears things up a little.
Hi @Mgujral,
Thanks for posting in the Lucid Community! In addition to @AMW’s response, here are a couple of other options you have to limit access of a document to only users on your account:
If you are an account owner or account admin on a Team or Enterprise account, you can adjust the share settings for your account to only allow users to share documents with others within your organization. You can adjust these settings by navigating to your admin panel. Then click on Security> Sharing. For more information, please see our Security settings help center article.
Upon generating a share link, you can adjust who can view the document by clicking on the dropdown and selecting your organization instead of “Any logged in user.” This will only allow users in your organization’s account to view your document, regardless of whether they have a license.
Please let me know if you run into any additional questions!
Thank you. I will take this up with the admin. Right now, I have to explicity share documents with individuals despite selecting the Organization from the drop down of the Shareable Link.
Hi @Mgujral,
You should be able to share the link with any user in your account when you select your organization from the dropdown, instead of having to share with each individual user. To help me take a closer look, can you please describe what happens when a user tries to access a document using this kind of link?
