When editing your Lucid profile picture, our software will automatically crop the photo from the center so there is no recommended size for profile pictures. Feel free to play around to adjust the image.
If the results is still not what you’re expecting, can you share with us a screenshot showing how the logo is showing once uploaded? Thanks.

Its the Profile Picture in Lucid. The crop function is not of any help. Its cutting out most of the image no matter what size image I am uploading - there is definitely some problem with it and Lucid should state what are the min and max pixel sizes for the image to be fully visible.
