Is there a way to add a Tag to a Lucid Card in LucidChart. I see it in Lucid Spark, but not in Lucid Chart. the Attributes box in the top-right, does not have the option to add.

Lucidchart currently binds the mouse/track wheel to zoom only. There is no supported way to remap it for vertical or horizontal canvas panning

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community!
You can add a tag to a card in Lucidchart by clicking on the card and the Contextual Panel will automatically open up with the Attributes menu at the bottom right of your screen (see screenshot below).
