Hi guys
We are trying out LucidChart and really want to like it. We are coming from Visio so minor UI and nuances aside we really want to make this work.
We signed up for the Team account and noticed that we can't see each other's files. Are we doing something wrong? Do we have the share individual files with one another in order for all of us to see it? I thought the whole point of a Team was to avoid that (again I could be doing something wrong so I don't want to rule that out :)
Hi Helmuth thanks for posting in the community! In order to collaborate with other users on your account you will need to share the document or folder with them. This will allow them to access the document or folder in the “Shared With Me” section of Lucidchart. To learn more about how sharing works please take a look at the Collaborate and Share Help Center article.
