What would be the best way to upload PDF image that could be mass extracted from lucid at a later time. Looking to see if we can use charts as a library of information that users can import and export PDF and other files while showcasing the images in lucid.
Hi - I hope that you are Doing good !!
Yes - This is superbly possible in Lucid
I personally use Lucid as a repository for PDF files and images that can be easily extracted or showcased later
Lucidchart allows you to attach files directly to shapes or anywhere on the canvas - upload them as PDFs attachments
You can use shapes or text labels to categorize or describe each PDF, making it easier to navigate and locate specific documents later
When you need to showcase or share the collection of PDFs and images, you can export the Lucidchart diagram as an image file. This image can serve as a visual catalog or index of the documents contained within the diagram
Hope this helps
Thank you very much and have a fantastic day!
Warm regards
Thanks! Is there a way to extract the original file with original file name? when extracting multiple pdfs individually renaming takes a while.
LucidChart is what we are using. We created swimlanes and then embedded pdfs so we could show the images, but we cannot get the file back from the image. The only way to export, is to select the image of the embedded pdf and export as a new pdf, rather than just downloading the original.
