With Lucid's "Walk Up and Whiteboard" feature, you can use Lucidspark on Avocor whiteboard devices—no login needed! Check out these frequently asked questions to help you get started.

How do I access Lucid from an Avocor device?
Avocor devices have Lucid pre-installed on them. No setup required. Simply press Lucidspark Whiteboard from the device home screen.

How can I cast an existing Lucid document onto an Avocor device?

Open an existing Lucid document on your phone, laptop, or tablet and locate the option to cast the board:

  • In Lucidspark, select the More menu from Board Controls in the upper-left of the workspace.
  • In Lucidchart, select Share from the menu bar at the top-left of the canvas.

Lucid will generate an 8-digit code which you can enter on the Avocor whiteboard device.

How do I save a board I’ve created on an Avocor whiteboard device?

When you're done brainstorming, you can save the Lucidspark board to your Lucid account by selecting Share in the top-right corner or Save in the top-left corner of the whiteboard. Enter the email address associated with your Lucid account—if you don’t already have one, you’ll be prompted to sign up.

After an email has been sent from the whiteboard device, ownership must be claimed within 24 hours from a personal device—Lucid deletes the board if it hasn’t been claimed within that time.

If the board is not shared after 15 minutes of inactivity, the board will prompt users to keep the session open. If there is no response or activity on the board, the session will time out and the document and progress will be deleted.
