Upgraded account to Team and all documents I own are locked to comment only for me

I’ve had a license within the business allocated to me, as of this morning. I was previously mapping out a few process flows on the free version. Once the license was updated there were no issues, but after restarting my computer for an unrelated update, I’m now locked to “Comment only” on all of my documents.

If anyone has had a similar issue, or knows how to fix this, please advise.

After having a look on the backend, it looks like your user got a Lucidchart license yesterday. Could you please let us know whether issues persist?

Hi ​@Zuzia S , it turned out to be an internal issue - our IT accidentally set me to a viewer only. This has now been rectified.
