Hi there,

 

I recently started using Lucid Chart to create 3 documents. I then convinced my company to purchase me a full Individual licence and I upgraded my account.

 

Now the 3 documents I created have disappeared and I really need them back.

 

Can anyone help?

Hi @robbietrim79, thank you for posting in the community. As a first step, I would recommend trying the troubleshooting steps outlined in this Troubleshooting: Lost documents or work article from the Lucid Help Center. 

 

If you are still unable to locate your documents after trying those steps, please don’t hesitate to let me know and I’d be happy to assist further! 


I’ve not had any luck retrieving the documents.

 

I’m using the same account for my Individual Plan as I was for the Free Plan - the documents just disappeared after I upgraded the account
