After sharing multiple documents with a client by sharing a pdf image file, is there a way to deactivate those url’s? I may have sent a whole businesses process maps to the wrong client.

@Bethanie Stone Thank you for following up and for clarifying!

To unpublish a document, please head to the hamburger menu > Publish, and in the publishing panel, click on the trash icon to remove the publishing link. As such:

You can also find these steps in our Help Center article on Publishing and embedding.

Please let me know if this helps!

Hi @Bethanie Stone, thanks for posting in the Community! I’ll be happy to help.

The most suitable workaround here would be:

  1. In the sharing panel of the document, click on “Manage” under Collaborators and remove any unwanted users, as such:

  2. Then, disable the shareable link in the sharing panel by turning it off as seen below:

  3. Duplicate the document in question by heading to the hamburger menu of the open document > Make a copy.
  4. Share the new document with the correct users as the copy generates a new link specific to that new document.

Alternatively, if you are on an Enterprise account, you can set an expiration date or passcode on the shared link as this helps prevent future accidental exposure. More information on this feature can be found in our Help Centre article on Sharing with collaborators.

I hope this is helpful! Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Cheers!

Hello. I believe your response is referring to documents shared to users. I am not referring to collaborators - I am referring to the URL produced when Publishing (not Sharing) a PDF Image of the document.  Thank you.
