I upgraded to education license and since them I am unable to see any documents at the start screen after login. All I see is a gray dot that moves from back and forth. Please resolve this issue.

Can you try opening your account in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to your internet security/speed or browser issues and these steps will help us eliminate that possibility.
If that does not help please submit a ticket using our Contact Support From and include a screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output when your documents/boards don't load. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
